My First Time in Bed

September 17th, 2009 is just around the corner and while I just started my second month here at BED Supperclub, to truly explains what BED Supperclub is on a press release means I should sit down and think about my personal relationship with Bed itself.

I believe it was the summer of 2003 that I first visited BED Supperclub using my very own ID card! Just like every other teen, I was quite excited especially when I grew up hearing the word, “BED,” knowing that it’s not the bed that I sleep in everyday but it’s the BED.

I mean if Webster could just do me a favor and add BED Supperclub to the dictionary, which would make things easier for all of us. Allow me to sound a little shallow but when my friends and I decide to take our trip to BED Supperclub, it gives us an excuse to dress up and not feel guilty about it.

Our date with BED Supperclub was more important than our own date at that point, I even wore my all time favorite faux fur coat paired knowing the temperature in BKK but hey, why not I thought, it’s BED Supperclub. I still have no idea how but we knew that Tuesday night was the night to party and we were on the second floor in the bed at BED Supperclub, looking dancing our night away.

If I am not wrong, I did have my own little drama with my ex-boyfriend that night which was probably the best thing that ever happened to me. I visited BED Supperclub again a few weeks later in a disco pink tank top, my accessory however, was a hot new date.

BED Supperclub soon became the spot that I fancy of… maybe it’s the magic of the DJs, the long stairs that leads me into this white capsule, or just the magic of everyone at BED Supperclub that got me tied but of course, I am not the only one that wants to jump in bed with BED.

Sure, you can’t wear BED Supperclub, you can’t take BED Supperclub home unless you buy the teddy bear, but face it, BED Supperclub is a something we all want as our own, it’s the experience that you want to carry home, each time you are here.

And I must say, at that age it was kind of cool to have album after album taken at BED Supperclub. I had my 21st birthday party at BED Supperclub on my favorite night, a Wednesday night.

Countless memories took place and still take place in the one and only tubular of Bangkok. In August 2008, Lifestyle Asia where I worked had a launch at BED, I was one of the MCs, the nervous one who made it through with the help from P’ Goy, Justin Dunne, and the staff that coordinated a last minute idea for me to get the attention from the guests.

I was soon known as the ‘blue girl on the bar,’ the ‘gift give away girl,’ the ‘lifestle launch chick,’ and so on. Something may always be happening at BED Supperclub but that night I realized that at BED Supperclub, anything can happen.

Share me some of your first time in BED stories; I would love to hear them!
