On Tuesday, I had an opportunity to be a part of a focus group interview, of course I am one of the hamsters. I had no idea what it was for except that it’s the matter of ‘graduation,’ and she’s a sweet friend of mine! And the things we have to do really reminds me of how we were back in school.
Picture a stash of the latest magazines from Cleo, In Style, to Cosmopolitan, Yoga Today, In Love, Men’s Health, FHM, whatever you can think of, it’s there! We hamsters just have to cut out whatever we like from these magazines, glued them to a paper, making sure that the collage represents our ‘personality’ and what we want, have, or will have!

As a full time feature writer working from 9.30am-6.30 plus excess hours, I wouldn’t randomly say to myself, “You know what, I’m going to make my dream board.” I mean seriously, we don’t have much time to that stuff or even when we do have time, we spend it doing something else.
So there I was carefully picking the pieces in the magazines, spended 1 hour and a half on my personal piece of art. Honestly, it surprises me what I put in together! I guess this just makes you realize what you really want!
Point is? The vision board thing totally reminds me of ‘The Secret,’ before I left the focus group interview, I simply said, “I really want it back! Please don’t forget to give me back, I’m going to stick it somewhere I can see everyday!”
Truly inspiring! Whenever you’re free or not free, why not just pick up a pencil, and draw your dream life, it’s fun, time killing and totally worth it
